TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting Friday night.
It happened in the 2400 block of North Vandalia about 9:30 p.m.
Police said the victim, a black male, was shot in the upper torso during some kind of disturbance. Officers said he ran down the street before collapsing in the road.
Police detained two people on the scene.
Tulsa Firefighters said the victim, whose name has not been released, was between 14 and 15 years old.
He was taken to the hospital.
