TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police arrested a man for DUI early Friday after he drove an SUV down 21st Street on bare rims on its left side.
Police officers noticed the spark trail near Memorial around 2:30 a.m.
They attempted to pull the SUV over, but the driver turned onto a residential street and ran into a ditch.
The driver was not hurt in the incident. He was taken to the Tulsa County jail following his arrest.
