PRYOR, Oklahoma – The weight of Green Country's record-breaking snow caused the roof of a Pryor convenience store to collapse Friday night.
It happened at a Kum & Go store about 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Officials said the roof over the gas pumps collapsed. They said two vehicles were damaged, but no one was injured.
A Newson6.com user submitted several photos of the incident. He told News On 6 the fire department showed up a short time after the collapse and cut power to the station, so some of the pictures are dark.
Several structures across northeast Oklahoma have been damaged by the snow.
Three classrooms were damaged when the roof at Quapaw Middle School collapsed last week.
