BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- A 1st degree murder warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of a man in connection to a deadly double shooting in Broken Arrow New Year's Eve.
Mario ledell Phenix, 23, is accused of shooting two men after a confrontation in the 800 block of North Butternut around 3 a.m. Friday. One man was killed in the shooting the other was wounded.

Broken Arrow Police say they are still searching for Phenix who is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5-foot-7 and weighing approximately 175 lbs. He was last seen driving a dark blue Chevy Caprice.
