TULSA, Oklahoma -- The price at the pump is steadily increasing across Green Country and Oklahoma, according to AAA.
The organization says gas prices have gone up an average of .14 cents per gallon in the state during the past 30 days.
Gasbuddy.com puts the average gallon of gas at around 2.80 in Tulsa. The lowest being 2.72 and the highest at 2.95.
"The market really seems to lack direction, responding instead to every new headline and economic forecast that comes along," said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma.
Gas consumption for the U.S. has only increased by 0.3 percent from this time last year, according to a AAA release.
