Woman Robs, Shoots Man In The Leg At Tulsa Hotel

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A man was taken to a local hospital late Tuesday night after he was shot in the leg.

It happened just before midnight at the Tulsa Inn and Suites near I-44 and Memorial.

According to Tulsa police, a man met a woman at a nearby restaurant and she arranged to meet him at the motel.

When she showed up, she took the man's wallet and on her way out of the room she shot him in the leg.

The suspect made off with $600 and is described as a white female, 5-foot-7, 140-150 lbs with long light brown or blonde hair.

Police arrested the suspect's boyfriend a short time later on traffic and drug violations. Police are still looking for the woman who goes by the name of "Kandi."

The victim remains in the hospital in fair condition.
