TULSA, Oklahoma – Tulsa Police located and arrested 19-year-old Michael Morris Taylor. He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail Monday around 4 p.m.

Taylor's arrest comes a day after 17-year-old Tyler Hamlett's arrest Sunday. The two teens were arrested in connection with the death of an Oklahoma Army National Guardsman over the weekend.
