TULSA, Oklahoma -- Oklahomans are stepping up all around the area to help make others' Christmas brighter.
Volunteers wrapped gifts Thursday as part of the Operation Hope Prison Ministry. The presents are for children who have a parent in prison. Each gift includes a note from the parent in prison.
And some Tulsa teens are making sure children in the hospital will have presents this Christmas.
Members of the Explorers received a thousand dollars to spend at Toys R Us to choose gifts for the kids. On Thursday, they delivered those gifts to Saint Francis Hospital. The Tulsa Police Explorers gives young adults an idea of what it's like to work in law enforcement.
