Double Death Investigation In Pittsburg County

HARTSHORNE, Oklahoma -- The bodies of two men were found at a mobile home about 4 miles north of Hartshorne in Pittsburg County Sunday evening. 

Sheriff Joel Kerns says a family member called at about 6 p.m. and deputies responded.  

Kerns says an investigation into the two deaths has been turned over to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation

OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown says one man, identified as 48-year-old David Smith lived at the home. 

The other man who did not live at the home was identified as 28-year-year-old Mark Hall Jr.

The Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office released pictures of both Smith and Hall.

Brown says their bodies have been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office in Tulsa to determine cause and manner of death.
