Preliminary Hearing Date For Muskogee Teen Charged With Stabbing Death

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- An 18-year-old Muskogee teen charged with stabbing a 4-year-old boy 36 times on November 9, 2010 has had his preliminary hearing set for February 2nd and 3rd, 2011.

Aaron Laconsello's hearing date was set during a court appearance Monday morning in Muskogee County District Court.

He is charged with first degree murder in the death of Dakota Lane.

Laconsello remains in the Muskogee County jail.

On Friday, Datoka's mother, Stephanie Lane gave birth to a baby boy.
