TULSA, Oklahoma -- Jury selection began Monday afternoon in the trial of an 18-year-old Tulsa man charged with the shooting death of a Bishop Kelley High School student in April 2009.

Theo Fleming is charged with one count of second degree murder and one count of pointing a firearm in the shooting death of Kaitlyn Finnegan.

The state says the shooting was a deliberate act, while the defense has said the shooting was accidental.
