Tip Helps Tulsa Police Nab Restaurant Robbery Suspect

TULSA, Oklahoma – An anonymous tip helped the Tulsa Police Department locate a suspect in the robbery of a Tulsa restaurant.

Police said they located Robert Horey, 19, in the area of 5300 North Peoria Thursday. Horey tried to run from the officers, but was captured a short time later. Police said Horey had a handgun in his possession.

Horey is wanted in connection with the robbery of a Church's Chicken restaurant at 2555 East Pine Street Sunday night, November 14, 2010.

Police said Horey will be arrested on one complaint of a firearm and one complaint for the robbery.
