OSAGE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- Emergency crews responded to a grass fire in Osage County Monday afternoon.
Crews from Barnsdall and Avant worked to bring the fire under control.
SkyNews 6 spotted some flames, but mostly smoke in a wooded area near one home.
It's not known if the fire damaged any buildings. The fire looked to be under control Monday evening.
Dry conditions have sparked numerous grass fires across the state over the last several days.

News On 6 Meteorologist Dick Faurot parts of northeastern Oklahoma could see some much-needed rainfall by the end of the week.
"However, between now and then it will be very warm and very windy which will maintain an enhanced fire danger situation," Faurot said.
