Preliminary Hearing Scheduled Monday For Tulsa Man Charged With Murder

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday for a Tulsa man charged with first-degree murder.

Tulsa County prosecutors say Brandon Hall choked 18-year-old Samita Gibson and when she died put her body in his closet.

He then removed it from his house and put it in a small trash dumpster.

Gibson's body was found near Mount Carmel Baptist Church in August, by a church member doing maintenance on the property.
