TULSA, Oklahoma -- A text message from a woman to her boyfriend brought Tulsa Police to a busy Bank Of Oklahoma Branch Friday morning.

Police responded to a report of a robbery at the bank located at 96th and Riverside.

When Police arrived they quickly learned that no robbery had occurred--just a miscommunication between the woman and her boyfriend.

Tulsa Police Captain Richard Alexander says the woman was stuck in line at the bank when she texted her boyfriend "held up in line."

The boyfriend--waiting outside--apparently thought the bank was being robbed and called police.

It's not known if any citations were issued.
