Fifteen Soldiers From Broken Arrow Unit Headed To The Middle East

The U.S. Army's 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command says the 164th Quartermaster Group, DET 7 out of Broken Arrow is holding a departure ceremony on Sunday morning.

BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA -- The U.S. Army's 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command says the 164th Quartermaster Group, DET 7 out of Broken Arrow is holding a departure ceremony on Sunday morning.

The unit is comprised of approximately 15 soldiers that will deploy in support of Operation New Dawn.

The 164th QM GP is trained and equipped to support forces around the battlefield for combatant commanders.

The departure ceremony is at 10 a.m. at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel and Convention Center at 6808 South 107th East Avenue.
