UNDATED -- The New York Times says it already knows who will be Oklahoma's first female governor.
The newspaper is all but guaranteeing a win for Republican Mary Fallin, giving her a 96 percent chance of defeating Democrat Jari Askins.
The New York Times predicts Fallin will pick up about 55 percent of the vote, while Askins will pick up just over 42 percent.
