TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Shots fired at a Tulsa home early Tuesday morning ends with the arrest of a 38-year-old man, but not before officers chase his vehicle and it catches fire.

Tulsa Police say they got a call at 1:15 a.m. about shots fired into a home in the 2400 block of North Darlington.

As officers were en-route to the scene, the vehicle involved in the shooting drives past police. Police give chase and three blocks later at Apache and Darlington, the vehicle crashes and bursts into flames.

The suspect, identified as Marcus Vanarsdel jumps out of the vehicle and runs away.

With the help of the Tulsa Police Department helicopter, officers were able to find and arrest Vanarsdel a short time later.

No one inside the home was injured.

Vanarsdel was booked into the Tulsa County jail.
