TULSA, Oklahoma -- With this economy everyone is looking to save anywhere they can.

Money Saving Queen Sarah Roe was out at the Tulsa House Beautiful Show this weekend. 

She shared tips to help cut down the cost of home improvements.

"One of the things I mention a lot in my workshops is how the same concepts you use for grocery savings actually work for anything," said Roe.

Roe says many home improvement stores will price match, negotiate or even take competitor's coupons. She says be sure to check because it never hurts to ask.
