Construction To Shut Down Lanes On Broken Arrow Expressway This Weekend

BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA -- A construction project on the Broken Arrow Expressway gets underway Friday night.
The two inside lanes of Highway 51 between 193rd East Avenue and 145th East Avenue will be closed in both directions starting at 7 p.m. Friday.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is working on a repaving project all weekend.
ODOT said all lanes will be open again by Monday morning, but the project will continue for the next two or three weekends.
