Police Nab Tulsa Man Following Foot Chase

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Tulsa Police apprehended a man late Thursday night who had been involved in several recent pursuits with police.  

Tulsa Police say two police officers spotted 31-year-old James Kelly and gave chase at about 10:20 p.m.  After a short pursuit and a foot chase in the 400 block of South 53^rd West Avenue, the officers arrested Kelly hiding in the closet of a home. 

Kelly was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of possession of a controlled substance, false impersonation, endeavoring to manufacture and interfering with a police officer.
