Pawnee County Sheriff Has Court Hearing Friday Morning

PAWNEE, OKLAHOMA -- The Pawnee County Sheriff heads to court Friday to face charges of grand larceny.

Pawnee County Sheriff Roger Price is accused of stealing a car-hauling trailer back in April. He's also accused of driving two vehicles seized in drug arrests that should have been held as evidence.

A Pawnee County judge was set to hear the case, but recused himself.

Price is scheduled to appear before a Tulsa County court judge at 11 a.m. Friday in Pawnee.
