Police Seek Suspects In South Tulsa Drive-By Shooting

Two high school students were rushed to a Tulsa hospital late Wednesday night after being injured in a drive-by shooting in south Tulsa.

TULSA, OK -- Two high school students were rushed to a Tulsa hospital late Wednesday night after being injured in a drive-by shooting in south Tulsa. 

Police says the shooting occurred at about 11:15 p.m. in the 8200 block of east 65th Street.

Officers say someone in a  black Honda or Nissan passed by several times. The victims said the people in the vehicle were "talking trash," according to the Tulsa Police. The last time the car drove by the occupants opened fire on high school students sitting in the driveway of a duplex. 

Two of the students were hit, one in the ankle and the other in the chin. Both are 18. They were taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle. They were unable to give police a description of the suspects.

Tulsa Police say both are expected to be okay. 

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
