Tulsa Police: Man Fatally Shoots Uncle Following Disagreement

TULSA, OK -- A disagreement between an uncle and his nephew ended in a deadly shooting early Sunday.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department arrested 36-year-old Patrick Yargee in connection with the homicide of David Harjo, 48. Police say Harjo was Yargee's uncle.

Officers say Harjo was found inside a home in the 1000 block of North Delaware Avenue. He died from gunshot wounds, according to police.

It's believed the two men got into a disagreement at about 1 a.m. Sunday before the shooting took place, police say.

Yargee was arrested at about noon Sunday in the 5300 block of East Admiral. He was arrested on a complaint of first-degree murder. He is being held without bond.
