TULSA, OK -- Ladies, it's your chance to get a great deal on a fabulous wedding dress and help a good cause at the same time.
The Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation's Nationwide Tour of Gowns is in Tulsa.
Thousands of dresses, that have been donated by designers, retail shops, manufacturers and individuals, are for sale. The gowns are available in a sizes 2-30, with prices ranging from $199 to $799 and up. There's even a couture collection from designers like Vera Wang, discounted 35 to 75 percent off.
Tiaras, veils, crinolines and other accessories will also be offered.
The money raised goes to grant wishes for people with stage four breast cancer.
"A lot of our wish recipients have small children so we send them off to do things like Disney Land and Disney World," said Brenda Chovanak, Brides Against Breast Cancer. "Just something to forget the realities of the disease and where they're at."
There's still time to find a bargain and it's free to shop. Brides Against Breast Cancer is taking place at the Mayo Hotel in downtown Tulsa from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
