Tulsa City Council Agenda Full Of Mayor Bartlett Questions

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa City Council has an agenda full of questions surrounding Mayor Dewey Bartlett Tuesday morning.

Councilors plan to quiz Bartlett personally about his plan to delay spending they approved in the budget. They also have questions whether the lawyer personally representing the mayor has a conflict of interest in representing the city as outside counsel.

The council also plans to discuss the outstanding utility bill at the fairgrounds, after rejecting a settlement negotiated by Bartlett.

The city council has also requested a meeting with the city attorney, who recused herself from the investigation of Bartlett and Terry Simonson.
