Tulsa Teacher Credit Union Branch Robbed

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Teacher Credit Union located at 8222 South Lewis was robbed shortly before 1:00 p.m. Saturday.

Tulsa Police report the lone bandit entered the branch and gave a teller a note, telling the employee to place cash in a bag and pass the bag to the next teller. The employees oblige, putting the cash into a green cloth bag with a zipper, police say. The suspect then ran away from the branch.

Police say the suspect did not show a weapon. No one was injured in the 15th Financial Institute robbery in Tulsa for 2010.
