TULSA, OK – Tulsa's Philbrook Museum hosted Rock Philbrook! Day Thursday for children from the Salvation Army's Boys and Girls club in the Tulsa area.
The children got to explore a world-class museum in a whole new way. Among the many activities the children took part in were a piano concert and a tour of the Egyptian Treasures exhibit.
Ariauna Brown's favorite part of the day was learning about mummies.
" He was very, very old, so they wrapped him up in, like a mummy, and put him in a cage," she said.
Brown also said she was excited to see all of the art at the museum.
