Arrest Warrant Issued For Suspect In Delaware County Shooting

DELAWARE COUNTY, OK – The Delaware County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for James Austin Herbeck.

Herbeck is wanted in connection with a shooting that happened during a home invasion Sunday in Delaware County.

Herbeck is charged with shooting with intent to kill. His bond has been set at $1 million. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The other suspect, James Douglas Elam, was taken into custody.

The victim was taken by life flight to the hospital. At last word he was in good condition.
