Construction To Begin On Southwest Quadrant Of Admiral Place, Mingo Road Intersection

Paving is complete on the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Admiral Place and Mingo Road, and construction will begin Tuesday on the southwest quadrant of the intersection.

TULSA, OK -- Paving is complete on the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Admiral Place and Mingo Road, and construction will begin Tuesday on the southwest quadrant of the intersection. The southwest quadrant will be closed for three to four weeks during this street rehabilitation work. 

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation has contracted with McGuire Brothers Construction for this $725,628 street rehabilitation project on the entire Admiral Place and Mingo Road intersection. Completion is scheduled for January 2011. 

This project has received funding from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. It was first approved by Tulsa voters in the 2005 General Obligation Bond Issue.
