TULSA, OK -- Planning to drive through midtown Tulsa on westbound U.S. Highway 64/51 - also known as the Broken Arrow Expressway? You may want to consider an alternate route Saturday.

Crews are resurfacing the right lane of the highway between the Harvard and 15th Street exits. Traffic Friday evening was backed up to Sheridan.

According to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, the work is expected to continue through early Monday morning.
