TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are asking for help on two unsolved hit and runs, one a 2009 fatality.

The fatality hit and run happened at 6:10 p.m. on December 5, 2009, when police say Joseph Cunningham was struck and killed on 36th Street North. He was first hit by a vehicle going eastbound on 36th Street North from Peoria then struck by a second vehicle.

Neither vehicle stopped, police say.

Tulsa Police are looking for a white male named Roy in connection to the fatality hit and run. They also say evidence shows one vehicle was an older Dodge Ram truck.

At 3:15 p.m. Monday, July 12, two teenage girls were walking north on Vandalia when police say they were struck from behind by a smaller, red four-door car. The girls say the car accelerated behind them before they were struck and knocked to the ground.

The driver did not stop, and the girls had minor injuries after being hit.

If you know anything about these crimes, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
