Suspect Arrested In Mayes County Car Dealership Burglary

TULSA, OK -- Another suspect in a Mayes County car dealership burglary has been arrested.

Howard Phillips is accused of stealing car seats out of vehicles at Roberts Chevy in Pryor. Another suspect in the case, Charles Taylor, was arrested in early June.

Detectives believe the men smashed out the back glass of SUVs and stole third row seats.

Phillips has previous felony theft convictions out of Washington County.
