Tulsa Police: Mother Who Left DHS Custody With Infant Located

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Police Department reports Kaylah Franks and her six-week-old infant have been located Friday afternoon and are well.

Police said Franks, 16, absconded DHS custody with the infant.

Police had reported that Franks was last seen Thursday at 9:00 p.m. in the 600 block of South Rockford Avenue in Tulsa.

No other information was released about where or how the two were found.
