TULSA, OK -- If you're looking for a way to beat the heat this weekend, you might consider going to a parade.
The Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes is a cool way to check out the latest floor plans, best builders and great home decorating ideas.
There are 158 homes on the parade in 16 Green Country communities.
Houses on the tour range in price from just more than $100,000 to nearly $2 million, so there are plenty of options to choose from.
"There's everything from green homes to all the modern conveniences that you would see. There are nice media rooms, new kitchens, there's all sorts of ideas that you probably would not have seen before now," said Gary Soderstrom, Tulsa Homebuilders Association President.
Homes are open from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day through Sunday. Admission is free.
