TULSA, OK -- Tulsa robbery detectives are searching for three men who they say did a home invasion late Sunday night at an attorney's house in the Maple Ridge area, between 21st and 31st, Riverside and Peoria.

The man's garage door was open since he was waiting for some friends to come over. He tells The News On 6 three men wearing ski masks and carrying guns used the open door to come into his house.

One man sat on him with a gun to his head while the others emptied his gun safe of 12 weapons, including handguns, rifles and a machine gun.

When the friends, a man and his 13-year-old son, interrupted the robbery, he says the men pistol whipped the father and tied up the boy and shoved him into a bathroom.

The homeowner says he feels very lucky they weren't all three killed, because he believes the robbers were experienced and that was their intention.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
