TULSA, OK -- Sunday was the last chance to see world class cyclists compete in the Tulsa Tough. The three day cycling festival came to a close as the race course moved from downtown Tulsa to Riverside.

The race course was in the River View area at roughly 13th and Riverside Drive.

Spectators watched racers navigate the McBirney Hill Descent at the River Parks Festival Zone.

"For those of us who don't see races or professional athletes like this every day, it's just so exciting because we are not used to seeing such speed so close that we can touch it," said Tonja Pitzer, volunteer coordinator.

Officials say the three day event was a success. They say participation was up 30 percent and crowds were bigger than ever.
