PONCA CITY, OK -- Ponca City Police are investigating a shooting that left a resident dead early Friday morning.
According to police, officers responded to a call about shots fired in the 100 block of South Oak Street just after 3 a.m. Friday. When they arrived, officers found a man deceased in the front yard.
No arrests have been made and the victim's name has not been released.
It is unclear what led to the shooting.
