Drive-By Shooting Sends Tulsa Resident To The Hospital

TULSA, OK -- An unidentified man is in a Tulsa hospital after being shot at his home early Thursday morning. 

Tulsa Police were called to the 500 block of East 49th Court North just around 3 a.m. and found more than 50 shell casings on the street outside of the home. 

Officers discovered that a man inside the home had been shot.   He was taken to the hospital by EMSA.

There were more than a half dozen people inside the home at the time of the shooting but no one else was hurt. 

Police continue to investigate.
