TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police officers arrested a man early Wednesday morning on a first degree burglary complaint after they spotted him involved in a domestic dispute on the way to a nearby burglary call.

Police says the two officers spotted 27-year-old Christopher Smith arguing with his girlfriend.

After speaking with both Smith and the girlfriend, officers determined Smith was in possession of items taken in the nearby burglary and one of his hands had a fresh cut with shards of glass from a broken window.

Smith was taken to the Tulsa County jail.
