The Bethany Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for a 63-year-old woman who disappeared from a nursing home facility in their community Sunday evening.

BETHANY, OK -- The Bethany Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for a 63-year-old woman who disappeared from a nursing home facility in their community Sunday evening.

Police say Carolyn Sue Phillips was last seen at about 8 p.m. at the nursing home.

Bethany Police said Monday morning, she was located Monday morning and returned to the nursing home.
