TULSA, OK -- Storm damage has shut down a Tulsa charter school for the rest of the week.
Administrators arrived to find the Discovery School of Tulsa pretty battered Thursday morning.
High winds peeled off a section of the building's roof and scattered debris across the grounds.
Restoration crews are already hard at work, but it's not clear if students will be able to return on Monday.
"We'd like to have a secure safe place for our students when they come back. so all I want right now is to make sure 100 percent the building is safe and secure," Fevzi Simsek, Discovery Principal, said.
School officials say they will decide tomorrow if the building is safe enough to re-open next week.
