Tulsa Police Officers Complete 3-Day Journey To Remember Fellow Officer

STILLWATER, OK -- A group of Tulsa Police officers have completed a three-day trek to Stillwater as a way to remember a fellow Tulsa police officer and U.S. Marine who died in Iraq in 2006.

The group was raising money for Special Olympics in honor of Corporal Jared Shoemaker.

The 27 walkers raised more than $12,000.

The walk from Tulsa to Stillwater was 69 miles.
