Rogers County Sheriff's Deputy Continues To Recover From Accident

A Rogers County Sheriff's deputy injured in an accident on a rural Rogers County highway back in February has returned to work.

CLAREMORE, OK -- A Rogers County Sheriff's deputy injured in an accident on a rural Rogers County highway back in February has returned to work. 

The sheriff's office says deputy Ronnie Roden is now on light duty after suffering serious injuries including a broken back in the February 25 crash on state Highway 88, about 3 miles north of Inola.

The crash was reported by a passer-by after spotting Roden's patrol car in a field. 

Roden's patrol car rolled several times before landing in the field.
