TULSA, OK -- Mayor Kathy Taylor said goodbye to the city of Tulsa at Thursday night's city council meeting.
"We finished the BOK Center, began a ballpark, we moved city hall. We successfully tackled the worst ice storm in our city's history. We reduced our fleet and our fuel costs. And we worked together to balance the most challenging budget in decades," Mayor Kathy Taylor said.
During her speech, Mayor Taylor spent just as much time thanking her allies as she did touting the city's accomplishments over the past four years.
