KEYS, OK -- Monday evening, shortly after the Bank of Commerce, 26241 Highway 82 in Keys had closed, an individual wearing a mask and armed with a revolver entered the bank thru a back door, officers say.
He ordered the bank employees into a restroom.
Cherokee County authorities say he then gathered the money and fled in a dark colored SUV, possibly purplish in color, with a gold stripe.
The FBI released two surveillance photographs related to the robbery. One photograph is of the robber and one is of the vehicle used by the robber.
The robber is described as a white male, in his 20's, wearing dark clothing, a hooded sweatshirt, and a mask.
The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.
A reward of up to $2000 is being offered by the Oklahoma Bankers Association for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible.
