BROKEN ARROW, OK -- The driver of a cement truck which rolled onto its side Wednesday morning at 81st and Garnett was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
The accident caused a traffic headache for drivers that lasted for several hours.
Broken Arrow Police say the truck was turning at the intersection when it tipped over and landed on its side.
Police Sergeant Ed Ferguson says the driver was treated and released from a local hospital.
Two large tow trucks had to be called in to return the truck to its wheels. During that process, Sgt. Ferguson says a bolt on the truck's bed sheared off, sending the bolt flying like a bullet into a nearby traffic sign.
Nobody was hurt.
