UNDATED -- A Kellyville woman was killed at about 7:18 p.m. Thursday on State Highway 66 near Bristow, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Bobbie Wallace, 39, was a passenger in a vehicle that drifted left of the center lane and was struck in the side by another car.

Wallace was pinned for about 40 minutes and was extricated by Bristow Firefighters. She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Pat Hedges, 43, also of Kellyville. Hedges was treated and released from Bristow Hospital with trunk injuries.

The car that hit Hedges was itself struck by a third car, the trooper's report states. The driver of the vehicle that struck Hedges' car was driven by Jamie Ray, 18, of Stroud. She was not injured. Three passengers in her car, Shane Fairres, 38l Shayna Fairres, 13; and Grayce Fairres, 8, all of Stroud, were admitted to area hospitals in stable condition with some injuries.

The third car in the collision was driven by Damon J. Sumline, 18, of Cushing. He and his two passengers, 20-year-old Casey Youngman and 19-year-old Dillion Turplin, refused treatment at the scene.

The trooper's report was released Friday after next of kin had been notified.
