Murder Warrant Issued In Fatal Tulsa Shooting

A first degree murder warrant has been issued for a 33-year-old man wanted in connection with a Monday morning homicide.

TULSA, OK -- A first degree murder warrant has been issued for a 33-year-old man wanted in connection with a Monday morning homicide. 

Tulsa Police are looking for Roberto Urquiza, AKA Roberto Urquiza-Rojo.

The fatal shooting occurred in the 10800 block of East 41st Street at 2:27 a.m. Monday. 

Police say 20-year-old Erik Victorino was shot in the back and died three hours later at a Tulsa hospital. 

Another person was arrested in connection with the shooting Monday.  Luis Alberto Mendoza, 31,  was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol near St. Louis. 

Anyone with information about Urquiza or the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
