PAWNEE COUNTY -- Four children are back home after going missing for hours late Wednesday evening.
The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office says the four went missing Wednesday night near Keystone Lake on Motorcycle Island.
Deputies told The News On 6, the children's parents dropped them off Wednesday evening, but became concerned when they didn't return after dark.
Deputies say the children had two motorcycles and two four-wheelers.
Early on in the search, deputies found one of the four-wheelers along with some gear, but not the children.
The children were found a short time later, wandering around on foot.
They told sheriff's deputies they had gotten lost.
Deputies say three children were 12-years-old and the other was 14.
